Here at Barclay Engravers we have a lot of tough machinery
Maximum flexibility in a new dimension
The Trotec Speedy 400 flexx is a flatbed laser in a class of its own. The all-rounder offers maximum flexibility for a work area of 1000 x 610 mm. One laser plotter, two laser sources – this results in countless possible applications to mark and engrave virtually anything: from plastics or wood through to glass or metal, and even workpieces with mixed materials – in a single process! The Speedy 400 has no front bar, which means operators have easy access to the work area. Loading and unloading bulky jobs and the optional rotary attachment has never been easier. In addition, engraving and cutting jobs can be set up quickly enabling even more ease of use for the operator.
Our Speedy 400 is available with a CO2 laser, and fiber laser with both laser sources in the one laser system
More Speedy than ever
The work area of the Speedy 400 has been designed for standard material sizes of laminates, acrylic, and paper, among others. Time and costs for cutting the materials to size can thus be saved and the work sequence can be optimized. In addition, the Speedy 400 features maximum user-friendliness, economy, and flexibility. With the Speedy 400, the tried-and-tested and successful functions of the Speedy family have reached a new level.

Sublimation is the process by which ink is permanently embedded into a substrate such as plastic, metal, fabric, ceramics and glass. The process allows us to print in multiple colours, with photographic quality imagery, up to 600 x 300 in short and long runs. Sublimation is much more durable than screen printing.
