1. Do you ship nationwide across New Zealand?
Yes, we ship to all regions across New Zealand, including rural and remote areas. Whether you’re in a main city or a small town, we’ll ensure your order gets to you.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. A standard freight charge will be applied at checkout, but larger or bulkier items may incur additional fees. We’ll always advise you if extra charges apply before dispatching.
3. How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch most orders within 5–10 working days, depending on production time. Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

2–3 working days for South Island addresses

Add 1–2 extra days for rural delivery
Please note: These timeframes may vary during peak seasons.
4. Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes! If you’re local to Tauranga, you’re welcome to collect your order from our workshop. Just let us know at checkout or when placing your order.
5. Which courier companies do you use?
We use trusted nationwide courier services such as NZ Couriers, Post Haste, and Mainfreight depending on the size and urgency of your order.
6. Can I track my delivery?
Yes, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
7. Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes due to courier restrictions. Please provide a physical delivery address when placing your order.
8. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
