Returns & Refunds Policy – Barclay Engravers
At Barclay Engravers, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Please review the following terms regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges:
Custom Items
Due to the personalised nature of our products (e.g. engraved trophies, medals, plaques, signage), returns or refunds are not available for change of mind once production has begun.
We will always provide a proof or artwork approval before commencing custom work, and it's the customer’s responsibility to check all spelling, dates, and details carefully.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing fault, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item by emailing us at sales@barclayengravers.co.nz with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
Non-Custom Items
For non-custom or standard items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition and packaging. A restocking fee may apply.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was supplied incorrectly or is faulty.
